Rates
We always provide a tailored approach to each enquiry as we believe that no two people have the same needs.
However, three pricing options will always apply:
Hourly Rate
This is the pay as you go (PAYG) option for clients requiring support on an ad hoc basis. Billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of £25 per hour.
Retainer Package
This is ideal for clients wanting regular support each month. You purchase hours in advance and receive a discount on the hourly charge. We currently offer the following retainer plans:
- 8 hours per week - 10% discount
- 16 hours per week - 20% discount
Project Basis
For some specific complete projects which may run over a longer period of time or a one off project, an hourly rate or overall project fee will be charged. Rates are dependent on work involved and a written quote would be provided.
Additional Expenses
All materials and expenses incurred on behalf of clients will be charged separately at cost (e.g. stationery, telephone calls, postage etc).
